it still smells like you

That shirt has been in the bottom of my drawer for six years and I've never washed it. Not once.

I get it out maybe twice a year. Less than that now.

It doesn't really smell like them anymore, it smells like the drawer. But I put it on anyway, and for about a second my body believes it.

That second is why it's still in there.
